CNC Miller / Programmer (Aerospace / Precision Engineering)

Are you an experienced CNC Miller with strong Fanuc programming skills, looking to take the lead within a precision engineering company known for quality, expertise, and innovation? Do you want a hands‑on position where you can use your technical skill and leadership to drive excellence on the shop floor?

On offer is the chance to join a long‑established engineering business that produces custom, high‑precision components for a wide range of industries. You'll play a key role in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines while leading a small team of machinists to ensure production runs efficiently and to the highest standards.

In this role, you will use your experience in Fanuc programming to develop, optimise, and maintain machining processes. You'll perform inspections, manage tooling, and uphold quality control throughout production. Working a days‑only shift, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency.

This role would suit a Senior CNC Miller or Lead Machinist with a background in Fanuc programming, looking for a technically rewarding and stable role where they can take ownership of their work, mentor others, and play an integral part in the company's continued success.
