- Advanced CNC Techniques: Setting, programming, and optimising CNC sliding head machines.
- Precision Engineering: Developing the skill and discipline to achieve exacting tolerances and top-tier quality.
- Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving issues quickly to keep production running smoothly.

- Competitive salary £28,000 – £30,000 (progressing to £40,000)
- 4.5-day week: Monday–Thursday: 7:15 am–4:15 pm, Friday: 7:15 am–2:45 pm
- Optional Saturday overtime (time and a half, 7:00 am–11:00 am)
