Overview

CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator/Miller – Rugby, Warwickshire

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

Salary: £19 to £20 per hour + overtime (time and a third)

Hours: Days – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Benefits: Free parking, 33 days annual leave, company pension

Responsibilities

• Operate, set, and program Siemens CNC Milling Centres (Fusion 360 or similar).
• Lead the nightshift team, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Conduct quality checks and oversee machine maintenance.
• Optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues.

What We're Looking For / Qualifications

• Proven CNC experience (programming, setting, operating).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control.
• Manual machining and basic welding skills (desirable).
