Location: East Hertfordshire Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (rising to £40,000 with experience)

We’re looking for a CNC Setter/Operator ready to build on their foundation in precision engineering and take the next step. You’ll be joining a long-established and growing business producing high-quality CNC milled and turned components for industries including aerospace, healthcare, and technology.

  • Competitive salary £28,000 – £30,000 (progressing to £40,000)
  • 4.5-day week: Monday–Thursday: 7:15 am–4:15 pm, Friday: 7:15 am–2:45 pm
