This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role where you’ll work closely with directors and senior engineers, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. You’ll play a key part in leading design delivery, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior engineers within a collaborative and ambitious team environment. We are looking for an experienced structural engineer with proven technical ability, leadership skills, and confidence in managing projects and client expectations. • Strong technical design experience across a variety of structural materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).


• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g. Tekla, Tedds, MasterSeries, Robot).


• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including client liaison and team coordination.


• Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets, fees, and business development.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior engineers.


• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the business.


• Chartered or near-Chartered status (IStructE or ICE preferred).


• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
