Qualifications

  • Chartered or working towards IStructE or ICE.
  • Experience in structural engineering for existing buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, CDM, and the Building Safety Act.

Structural Engineer | Help Shape the Safety of City Skylines

What you will be doing
  • Leading structural assessments, defect investigations and remediation design
  • Designing strengthening and refurbishment solutions for existing buildings
  • Working closely with fire engineers, surveyors, architects and contractors
  • Producing clear technical reports and structural designs
  • Visiting sites and overseeing delivery of works
What we are looking for
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • IStructE or ICE Chartered or working towards it
  • Experience in structural engineering within existing buildings
  • Strong knowledge of UK regulations, Eurocodes, CDM and Building Safety Act
  • Confident using Tekla, TEDDS and structural design software

  • £40,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
