Working to the Chief Executives of the Council and NHS Highland, alongside their leadership teams, you will provide strategic leadership for the Argyll and Bute HSCP, leading fully integrated teams to deliver our strategic vision for the people of Argyll and Bute.

With 23 inhabited islands, six main towns, remote communities, and an aging population, our challenges demand creativity and innovation. Our IJB is responsible for delegated services from social care to acute health care, from care homes to hospitals. We have a talented, professional, and dedicated workforce committed to serving those who rely on us. Based within our communities and working closely with the third and independent sectors, we aim to strengthen relationships and ensure services meet community needs.
