Job Description

Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver a compelling People Strategy aligned with MTVH's corporate plan, partnering with the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team to drive transformation and high performance.
Inclusive Culture & Engagement: Champion diversity, equity and inclusion, lead wellbeing initiatives and foster a psychologically safe, high-performing environment.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the full colleague lifecycle, shape reward and benefits strategies, ensure legal compliance and act as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters.
Data & Technology: Leverage HR technology and analytics to inform decision-making, enhance employee experience, and measure the impact of organisational development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Strategic HR Leadership: Experience in senior HR roles, with a strong track record of delivering people strategies in complex organisations.
Organisational Development & Change: Solid understanding of employment law, organisational development, and change management, with the ability to lead transformation initiatives.
Influence & Communication: Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build trusted relationships and lead cultural change to improve colleague engagement.
Financial & Reward Alignment: Proven ability to manage large budgets, align reward strategies with organisational goals, and deliver corporate objectives.
Technology & Innovation: Skilled in using HR systems and data analytics, with a commitment to innovation and ongoing professional development.
Professional Qualifications: MCIPD or equivalent qualification is desirable.

  • Competitive salary for London £142,500 to £150,000, and for the Midlands £128,250 to £135,000 plus benefits.
