Position Summary
The General Manager will play a significant role in driving growth in scale and value by providing full P&L direction and oversight to the PISL and TD. The General Manager will have full accountability for all aspects of the Companies including manufacturing, engineering, product development, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Core responsibilities include driving product management, research and development, new product introduction, promotional initiatives, business development, operational excellence, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, sustainable growth, revenue, and EBITDA. This position is based in Warrington, UK.
