We are exclusively looking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer for a high-growth, international food brand. With a strong footprint across UK retail and grocery – and increasing momentum across Europe – this is a unique opportunity to step into a values-led, entrepreneurial organisation on the cusp of international scale.

The Role
As CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term strategy while maintaining the agility, authenticity, and creative spirit that made the business successful in the first place.
You’ll be the driving force behind growth across new markets, overseeing operations, commercial performance, and cultural cohesion. Working closely with the founder and board, you'll balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground leadership — from retail expansion and supply chain evolution to team development and brand consistency.
