A vibrant café chain in Solihull is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional dishes with high-quality ingredients. The role involves ensuring daily prep is completed and dishes are made to specification. Ideal candidates will have strong chef skills, a good understanding of food safety and allergens, and the ability to work well in a team. - Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during shifts.
- Ensure prep for each day is completed.
- Make each dish to specifications.

- You are probably an existing a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef that is looking to take the next step in their career.
- You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef / kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Self‑motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
- Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
