Senior Sous Chef | Full-time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve excellence while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

- Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with your head chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick, effective decisions.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong communication skills with genuine, considerate conversations, ensuring your team feels supported and heard.
- Experience maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety.
- Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
- Ability to manage labor costs effectively and adapt to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to excel and grow.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
- Forward-thinking and decisive problem-solving skills.
