Are you a creative hands-on chef who loves motivating a team and delivering amazing food? We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team at Parkdean. this role youll work closely with the Head Chef helping run a smooth and efficient kitchen that serves up delicious meals and unforgettable experiences for our guests. From managing the team and training new talent to ensuring everything stays fresh on budget and up to the highest standards this is your chance to shine!

Youll need to hold a basic Food Hygiene Level 2.

Responsibilities
  • Inspire and lead a kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
  • Manage the team and training new talent to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
  • Deliver menus that stay within budget and maximise profits.
  • Maintain food safety and health & safety practices; manage stock and food diaries.
  • Support the Head Chef, especially when the Head Chef is away, and provide guidance to the team.
  • Safeguard by reporting any concerns about safety or systems.
