Join us as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and become a pivotal part of our team dedicated to ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of our platform and core services. You'll lead projects across our tech stack, from planning to maintenance, fostering collaboration within the team. Our SRE team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Availability, Scalability, Performance, and Security for our Software as a Service environments. As a Senior SRE, you'll drive technical projects, implement monitoring solutions, troubleshoot complex environments, and establish and measure SLIs and SLOs. Additionally, you'll contribute to our 24/7 on-call rotation and maintain infrastructure using automation tools like Terraform and Ansible. If you're passionate about evolving SRE best practices, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Strong background in SRE/DevOps or Linux System Administration
• Proficiency in system automation using tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Experience with automation testing in an Agile Software environment
• Familiarity with public cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) principles
• Knowledge of Agile practices including Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Go
