Overview

A luxury country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, that offers high quality, award winning dining in its modern British restaurants is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join its brigade of chefs in the Pastry Kitchen.

Requirements

A very strong Pastry Chef de Partie who has a minimum of two years experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment with solid understanding of excellence in customer service. Diploma or Degree from an accredited University in Culinary Arts, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Patisserie & Confectionery is preferred. Needs to have a strong foundation in classical & modern patisserie, confident in chocolate & sugar work and fine decoration. Skilled in plated desserts, afternoon tea items, breads and petit fours.
