My client is a leading Global IT Solutions Provider.

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Workplace Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of our company's digital workplace tools and platforms. Your primary focus will be on facilitating collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization through the use of digital workplace technologies such as document sharing, messaging, and project management applications. As a Digital Workplace Product Manager, you will ensure that these tools meet the evolving needs of our employees while aligning with our company's strategic goals and user experience best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define the vision and roadmap for our digital workplace, prioritizing key features and improvements based on user needs and business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Develop product positioning and differentiation strategies to ensure our digital workplace remains relevant, valuable, and effective for employees.

  • Product Development and Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, IT) to translate user needs into actionable product requirements and prioritize features in the development backlog.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, such as usage data, adoption rates, and user feedback, to identify areas for optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead product launch processes, ensuring smooth communication plans, user onboarding, and change management strategies are in place.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments, gathering feedback to align product strategy with business goals and address concerns.
  • Communicate product progress, milestones, and potential risks effectively to leadership.

  • Change Management and User Adoption:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new digital workplace tools and processes.
  • Create and execute clear communication plans to inform employees about upcoming changes and new tool implementations.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure employees smoothly adapt to new tools and workflows, driving a positive user experience.
  • Measure user adoption rates and gather feedback to refine and improve change management efforts.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom) and emerging trends in collaboration tools.
  • Proven experience in product management, including product lifecycle management, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities to interpret user behavior and measure product performance.
  • Ability to prioritize features, manage complex projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in AI tooling (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance digital workplace solutions and drive innovation.
  • Experience rolling out and enhancing the Microsoft productivity suite (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Office 365, SharePoint) to improve collaboration and productivity across an organization.

  • Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
  • The chance to have a direct impact on the future of digital workplace tools and technologies.

  • We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about enhancing collaboration through technology, and is dedicated to improving the digital workplace experience for all employees. If you are excited to shape the future of work and have the skills we are looking for, we want to hear from you!
