A global technology company is seeking a Production Support Analyst based in Walsall, UK. The role involves managing high-priority issues and ensuring operational integrity for client production systems. Key responsibilities include responding to alerts, conducting routine checks, and collaborating with different teams. To work within FleetCor’s IT organization supporting both internal and external client production systems. The IT Production Support Analyst will work closely with Infrastructure teams and Application teams to ensure FleetCor IT services are operational in line with customer expectations.
Ensure all high priority issues are progressed effectively and production is running as expected. Respond to alerts efficiently to reduce business impact and carry out routine and regular checks to detect issues before they impact the business.
Provide knowledge through documentation as new issues and situations are dealt with, contribute to maintaining an effective Change Management process, and provide triage on issues from end users to identify the right team to resolve them.
As issues are often unique it is important the candidate is able to process lots of pieces of information and logically combine them to come up with a good working theory of how the issue can be resolved. They must be able to communicate what they have found to other teams and own issues even when engaging with other teams to assist.
We are currently looking for a Production Support Analyst on a full‑time, permanent basis to work within FleetCor’s IT organization supporting both internal and external client production systems. The role will be working between the hours of 7am and 7pm, so flexibility is required.
