Recruitment Consultant - Glasgow City Centre

Salary: Up to £29,000 (Dependant on experience) + Commission + Benefits

We're looking for someone with sales experience, particularly in outbound or direct sales, where you've been proactive in approaching potential customers. Recruitment consultant experience isn't required—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

1. Pro-actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to target potential clients and secure new contracts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing of deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
5. Work closely with our Glasgow team, Central Sales, Marketing, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements for a Recruitment Consultant:

1. Sales Experience
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
4. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
