Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively identify and secure new clients to grow the business.
  • Source, attract, and engage high‑quality candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Provide an exceptional service experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Support administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases and preparing reports.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and proactive.
