A recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an HR Advisor to support a manufacturing business. The successful candidate will manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR topics, ensuring compliance with employment law. Candidates should have 3–5 years of HR experience and ideally hold a CIPD qualification. Competitive salary up to £37,000 p.a. offered.
Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm
Next Generation is recruiting for an HR Advisor to support a well‑established manufacturing business based near Wednesbury. Working as part of a wider team and reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate processes and guidelines to help align the workforce.
