A leading senior living company is seeking a part-time Care Assistant for their Elizabeth Place estate in Market Harborough. You will support residents with daily tasks and promote their wellbeing. Ideal candidates will have experience in health and social care and a genuine passion for helping older adults. Join McCarthy Stone at Elizabeth Place estate in Market Harborough, Leicestershire to support residents in one central location with no travel between calls. This role starts as a 3 month contract with potential to extend.
- Support residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
- Assist with social activities and wellbeing routines
- Promote independence, dignity, and community engagement
- Support with individual care packages
- Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred
- Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential
- Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
- Location: Living within commuting distance of the development
- £12.39 - £13.69 per hour (depending on shifts)
- Fully paid training - Funded Level 2 or 3 in Adult Care
