Job Description

THIS ROLE IS UK BASED AND THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK WILL NEED TO BE ESTABLISHED AS PART OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS. We are not sponsoring VISA applications at this time.

Every one of our clients is unique and special, the joy and comfort our clients receive from one of our Care Professionals visiting them makes this an incredibly rewarding job.

Duties include:

• Reflect the core values of Home Instead
• Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life.
• Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions.
• Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.
• Provide companionship to ensure clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction.
• Assist with home help tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
• Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, or shopping.
• Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• Full DBS check required.
• No formal care qualifications or experience necessary; training provided.
• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or caring for a loved one is a plus.

• Flexible working patterns including morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and night shifts.
