We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm for community nursing, is committed to person-centred care and is keen to contribute to innovative ways of meeting the changing needs of our community. We welcome applications from nurses who are proactive, adaptable and confident in assessing and managing care in patients' homes. An interest in working closely with patients, carers and wider MDT partners is essential, along with a commitment to continuous professional development.
