LSH Auto is seeking a highly motivated New Car Business Manager to join our team at our dynamic dealership in Stockport. In this crucial leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance of our new car division, ensuring that our team exceeds sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your strategic vision and ability to motivate a sales team will be essential in achieving business goals and promoting the latest vehicle offerings. You will work closely with the management team to enhance sales strategies, improve operational efficiency, and foster an environment of excellence.

Hours - 40

Salary - Competitive base plus OTE potential and a Company Car.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the new car sales team to achieve robust sales targets
• Develop and implement effective business strategies aligned with dealership objectives
• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times
• Analyse sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and enhance product visibility
  
  

• Proven experience in a Business Manager or similar role, ideally within the automotive sector
• Strong understanding of new car sales processes and the automotive market
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to nurture and develop a sales team
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and the ability to drive business performance
• Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market research
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
