The Role

As a Vehicle Leasing Consultant, you will :

  • Convert inbound sales enquiries into orders
  • Deliver exceptional customer care
  • Treat customers fairly and in line with FCA rules
  • Achieve agreed sales targets
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Maximise every sales opportunity

Flexibility is required, as some customers may need to reach us outside typical business hours, including evenings and weekends.

To maximise your earnings and potential, you should be willing to go the extra mile. Standard office hours are 9am – 5.30pm.

About You

This role is ideal for someone with customer service or call centre experience. We will help you translate these skills into strong sales results.

To succeed as a Vehicle Leasing Consultant, you should have :

  • A warm, people-focused approach that builds strong customer relationships
  • Customer service experience (essential)
  • Sales experience is a bonus (but not essential)
  • Tenacity and confidence when handling objections
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to build relationships across social media and with clients
  • Good IT skills and system confidence
You should also be :
  • Willing to develop into a fully qualified, FCA-compliant sales consultant
  • Strong with numbers (solid Maths GCSE)
  • Able to work confidently across multiple systems
  • A positive, driven individual with a desire to succeed
  • Professional with exceptional phone etiquette
  • Honest and transparent with all prospective clients
