Job summary

A recruitment agency in the automotive sector is searching for a Car Sales Executive in Milton Keynes. This role focuses on maximizing vehicle sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job description

ROLE: Car Sales Executive

LOCATION: Milton Keynes

SALARY: 22.5k basic, 65k OTE + car + benefits

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.45 – 6.00. Saturday 8.45 – 5.00. Sunday 10.00 – 4.00 – one day off in the week and every other Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Sell maximum number of vehicles possible
  • Achieve maximum profitability on sales
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
  • Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
Requirements
  • Sales experience – in the automotive industry or a similarly high value sales environment.
  • Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive to exceed targets
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Sales background within the UK automotive industry
  • The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
