Qualifications
- Experience in handling freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholders including solicitors and banks.
- Familiarity with the exchange of contracts and completion processes.
Responsibilities
- Undertake freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Attend and advise clients regarding their conveyancing matters.
- Draft and review contracts and title documents.
Skills

The team undertake the whole range of residential property work and you will be involved in:
- Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Attending and advising clients in relation to conveyancing matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, title and search results
- Liaising with Solicitors, Building Societies, Estate Agents, Financial Advisors and Banks
- Exchange of contracts and completion matters
