Job summary

As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will influence, strengthen, and manage the relationship with Amazon and internal business partners. You will focus on driving consumer consumption of Outdoor & Recreation brands like Coleman, Contigo, Marmot, and others. Your role involves developing policies and practices to succeed in ecommerce, collaborating with brand leaders, and working on programs and initiatives with internal & external partners.

You will work independently within the EMEA eCommerce team, which serves as the Center of Excellence for the region.

We support your growth through regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the EMEA Amazon Outdoor & Recreation strategy to increase consumer engagement, establishing best practices for product selection, marketing, media activation, and promotions.
• Manage the P&L jointly with sales & operations to ensure sustainable growth via Amazon EMEA.
• Align with internal business leaders on Amazon EMEA O&R growth ambitions and investments.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel programs.
• Develop long-term growth strategies and portfolio selection based on data analysis.
• Maximize ROI by managing media budgets and implementing search strategies for brand visibility.
• Oversee content development, KPI reporting, and explore new Amazon market opportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Experience in direct and hands-on Ecommerce, preferably with Amazon.
• University degree in Business or related field.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and cost estimation.
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.

Preferred:

• Strong analytical and strategic skills with a focus on increasing Ecommerce revenue.
• Experience in managing online marketing with emphasis on ROI.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Business acumen and collaborative working style.
• Proven leadership and achievement record.
