MIG Welder/Fabricator – Day Shift with OT & FLT

A well-established engineering company in Aldridge is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator for a days-based role. You will work from detailed 3D CAD drawings, engaging in welding and fabrication of bespoke and repeat-build projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in MIG welding and is looking for a supportive team environment. This position offers competitive pay, the chance to gain a forklift licence, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications
- Experienced in MIG welding mild steel to tight tolerances.
- Able to fabricate items freehand from detailed CAD drawings.
- Knowledge of workshop tools and equipment.
Responsabilités
- MIG weld mild steel to ±1mm tolerances.
- Cut, shape, and prepare materials using workshop tools.
- Maintain high standards of quality and workshop safety.
