Our client, a global Aerospace systems manufacturer, is seeking an Electrical / Electro Mechanical Project Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team based in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of innovative electrical and mechanical products that support cutting‑edge aerospace applications.

You’ll be responsible for leading new product development projects — from concept through to delivery — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll bring together technical design expertise, project management capability, and a passion for problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, high‑precision environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support engineering development projects in line with company strategy and customer requirements.
  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities using structured engineering processes.
  • Define project objectives, create detailed project plans, and manage work packages to deliver key milestones.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, project dashboards, and progress reports.
  • Design and develop mechanical and electrical components using CATIA or similar CAD tools.
