Job summary
A leading residential developer in Woking is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a mid-rise apartment project. Responsibilities include managing internal works, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in residential projects and holds a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification. This role offers immediate start and lasts 6 - 8 weeks.
Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card required.
- Experience with a main contractor or developer on residential schemes.
- Strong track record managing internal fit-out packages.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate internal works to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Manage subcontractors and trades during snagging and handover stages.
- Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging processes.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team on a mid-rise apartment project. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the internal works package, with a strong focus on the fit-out of apartments.
- Oversee and coordinate internal works to ensure quality, programme, and safety standards are met.
- Manage subcontractors and trades across the snagging and handover stage of the project.
- Ensure compliance with all site health and safety requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging processes.
- Report progress to the Site Manager and project team.
- Valid CSCS card

- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor or developer on residential schemes.
- Strong track record managing internal fit-out packages.
- Duration: 6 - 8 weeks
