Job summary
A leading residential developer is searching for an experienced Site Manager for their traditional build housing projects in Canterbury, England. This role includes managing daily site operations, leading trade teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS certification, and a strong background in traditional builds. The position offers the chance to oversee significant residential projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid CSCS Card, preferably Management/Black.
- Completion of SMSTS training is required.
- Experience managing phases of residential projects with 50+ units.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on-site per the build program.
- Coordinate trade teams and conduct progress meetings.
- Ensure adherence to site safety protocols through regular audits.
- Conduct inspections for quality and compliance with NHBC standards.
