Primary purpose of position

Seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, focusing on automation, data insights, and integration with revenue and digital strategies.

• Collaborate with business units to understand challenges and identify success measures.
• Deliver analytics and reporting with a focus on consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Support growth strategies through data-led solutions.

This role owns data definitions, systems, and visualization, working closely with various teams to provide real-time, predictive insights supporting revenue.

• Lead digital insights and BI analysts, ensuring strategic output.
• Support revenue targets with data-driven solutions.
• Develop the analytics roadmap and evaluate tools.
• Design BI architecture and enhance analytic processes.
• Build and maintain BI tools and ETL processes.
• Deliver reports and dashboards, institutionalize data-driven analytics globally.
• Maintain relationships with sales and research teams, stay ahead of trends.

Essential Skills:

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with data warehouses, SQL, R, Python, visualization, predictive modeling, and BI platform design.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights compellingly.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in web analytics, digital marketing metrics, media campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of ad-tech, data-tech, market sizing, and enterprise program management.
• Strong questioning, confidence, thought leadership, and team integration skills.
