Job summary
A leading consultancy in the defence sector is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge critical solutions for the MOD. The role offers £55‑60k, hybrid work in Farnborough, and opportunities for growth and progression. Candidates must have experience with the Business Analysis toolkit and ideally in the Defence sector, with eligibility for SC clearance.

Do you have experience in the Military or defence industry and enjoy bridging the gap for critical solutions in the MOD / Defence sector? Do you want to work for a growing consultancy (extensive Year on Year growth secured for 3+ years), providing business analysis on projects?
You would need to have solid experience in the full IT Business Analysis toolkit; requirement gathering, workshops, functional/non‑functional requirements, data, stakeholder engagement, solution design, change management etc. Experience working within the Defence sector is preferred.
There is significant investment which will create opportunities to work on larger, more complex projects and career progression through to senior levels. You will be working on a brand new project to start with.
