A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Principal Architect to lead a team in London. This role focuses on technical decision-making within a global insurance business. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly London Markets, along with experience in managing teams and influencing board-level decisions. Candidates with broad technical expertise across various domains will be preferred.

Conhecimentos
An Insurance client of ours is looking for a Principal Architect to lead a team of Architects focusing on all areas of IT in their global business. They are seeking someone with:
- Strong insurance knowledge (ideally London Markets) along with extensive experience managing teams of architects.
- A breadth of technical exposure across applications, infrastructure, security, networks, CRM (ideally Salesforce), cloud (ideally Azure) and Insurance specific technology
- An ability to lead and influence technical decisioning up to board level
