I am looking for a hands-on, commercially minded HR Business Partner to join an exciting client in the North West. (They spend 2 days in the office, the rest remote).

6. Keep up to date with employment law and compliance, ensuring best practices are followed.
7. Use data and stakeholder feedback to continually improve service delivery.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative HR solutions.

ABOUT YOU:

1. Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR consulting role.
2. A commercial mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities for growth.
3. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance, with international experience being a plus.
