Due to maternity leave, we are looking to recruit a Finance Business Controller - Cement and Packed Products (C&PP) on a 12 month FTC.
Working as a key member of the Finance team, theFinance Business Controllerplays a pivotal role in producing insightful and relevant reporting for senior management to support key decision making.
Main Responsibilities
In this role you'll:
Work alongside the Finance Leader to ensure Tarmac C&PP compliance and engagement with Internal Controls, Internal Audit and External Audit teams, including being primary point of contact for the co-ordination of SOx activities and process improvement activities in the business
Act as a key liaison between the Tarmac C&PP and Irish Cement Finance teams in respect of management information development and process simplification
In addition you'll also:
•Consolidate and prepare the Monthly UK&I C&PP CRH results pack along with consolidation of the business’s budget & forecast presentations and 5-yearstrategic plans
•Link in with the UK&I C&PP finance teams, coordinating and leading on the preparation and consolidation of management information
•Monitor and report on UK&I C&PP Capex approvals and spend
•Perform Month end Tarmac ExQL submissions
•Be involved in the Tarmac Optimise programme
•Support, monitor and report on the UK CO2 purchase program
•Perform weekly Tarmac sales reporting to CRH
•Take ownership of ad hoc projects and data analysis as required
