The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services, including:

1. Contract administration
2. Project management
3. Dilapidations
4. Reinstatement cost assessments
5. Planned preventative maintenance

With the autonomy to manage projects from inception through to completion, the role offers a great balance of responsibility and support within a collaborative team environment.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Ideally qualified with MRICS
• A consultancy or private practice background
• Well-rounded service line knowledge
• Varied sector experience is beneficial
• A confident and client-facing individual
