Job summary

A UK-wide chartered building consultancy is seeking a high-level Associate Building Surveyor with extensive experience in public sector projects across London and the Southeast. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Surveying and preferably MRICS, alongside strong client facing and management skills. This role offers a competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000, car allowance, and the potential route to Directorship. Benefits include 26 days of annual leave, pension contribution, and healthcare.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

Reporting into a Partner, the successful Associate Building Surveyor - supported by the team - will be working on housing, education, and community building projects across London and the Southeast.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have a traditional building surveying background and be comfortable in client facing scenarios.

The Associate Building Surveyor
  • Preferably MRICS
  • Housing and/or education project experience
  • Degree qualified - Surveying / Building Surveying related
  • Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor within a chartered surveyor / building consultancy practiceGood management skills
  • Well-rounded building surveying experience
