An established and highly regarded construction and property services organisation is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join its Property Services team based in Gloucester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor to work across a varied portfolio, delivering professional surveying and property consultancy services to a wide range of clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing a full range of building surveying services, including:

  • Building condition surveys and defect analysis
  • Planned maintenance and lifecycle reporting
  • Contract administration and project management
  • Dilapidations and schedules of condition
  • Client liaison and technical advice across occupied and operational properties
  • Supporting the wider property services team with technical expertise
About You

You will ideally have:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
  • MRICS qualification (or working towards)
  • Proven experience within property services or consultancy environments
  • Strong technical knowledge and report‑writing skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing ability
  • A full UK driving licence
