Job summary
A notable consultancy firm in London is seeking a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects and provides APC support with hands-on training. Ideal for recent graduates, this position includes responsibilities from cost planning to final accounts. - Recently completed a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Previous industry experience or a year in industry placement preferred.
- Keen to begin or already working towards MRICS via the APC.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cost plans and estimates.
- Support senior team members with cost management duties.
- Attend site visits and client meetings.
- Assist with valuations and final account preparation.
- Liaise with clients and contractors across projects.
