We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team in our Vodafone Crawley Partner store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers, helping them achieve their potential. You will assist with back-office tasks such as managing holidays and rotas. Additionally, you will lead by example on the sales floor with enthusiasm.

We seek individuals who are level-headed, mature, enthusiastic, energetic, and driven. The role may be demanding and require some weekend and weekday work. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most valuable brands.
