An automotive service provider based in Farnham is seeking a Fast Fit Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, perform MOTs, and optimize revenue through ethical upselling. Up to £40k. Hours: 8.00 - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday. Are you an experienced motor trade professional looking to take the lead in a fast-paced automotive environment? We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Fast Fit Manager to join our client's expanding team based at Farnham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background as an assistant manager, fitter, or a similar position at Kwik Fit or a comparable company, who is eager to grow a business independently and make a significant impact.
You will be given keys and a workshop to grow, develop, hire additional staff and expand. The more you grow the business the more you will earn!
