They specialise in high end fast track refurbishment schemes across commercial, retail, and industrial. Senior Quantity Surveyor

They are looking for an experienced and team minded Quantity Surveyor who is capable of running several fast paced schemes valued between £1-5m. Our client operates predominantly in the refit and refurbishment of existing buildings. This requires the Quantity Surveyor to consider how project delivery can be affected by operating in live environments and the constraints of existing buildings. The right person will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor with construction / fit out experience.

• Lead and manage multiple fast-paced refurbishment schemes valued £1-5m.
• Operate primarily in live environments, accounting for constraints of existing buildings.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline.

• Salary up to £80,000 plus package
