Our client, a construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on some brilliant projects within the commercial and residential sector in Bristol and South West. Typically, projects are valued up to £20m.

About the role

• Duties range from feasibility/viability studies, procurement management through to final accounting.
• Lead on projects ranging from corporate fit-outs to new build residential to student accommodation developments.
• Take ownership of client relationships.

About you

• Extensive quantity surveying experience within the aforementioned sectors
• A proven track record of leading and successfully delivering projects.
• A strong track record of viability studies, procurement management is key.
• MRICS is a must or at least on the pathway to completing it within 12 months.
