We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Global Projects team and lead key strategic projects. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards in Project Management, from requirements analysis and conception to implementation and project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, excellent communication skills, and experience in a fast-growing international environment. Proficiency in English and the position is based at our hub in Brno or remote from Czech Republic.

• Oversee key strategic projects from requirements analysis and conception to implementation and completion.
• Capture project requests, ensuring the information provided is complete and suitable for project assessment.
• Support project sponsors and other stakeholders in defining and writing cross-departmental business requirements.
• Optimize project portfolio management processes to prioritize and smoothly implement projects.
• Ensure project management standards for documentation and reporting are met, regularly updating team leads and project members.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational- / time management skills paired with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Experience in Business Infrastructure Projects (e.g., implementation of new systems) and/or Product go-to-market projects is a plus.
