Qualifications

• Degree qualification necessary, ideally RICS-accredited.
• Chartered or actively pursuing RICS chartership is required.
• Strong ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Contract Administrator and/or Employers Agent when necessary.
• Prepare project designs and specifications.
• Manage diverse projects from start to completion.
• Conduct surveys and site inspections.
• Prepare feasibility reports and planning applications.
