Our client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. They develop and deliver life-changing medicines globally, with a rapidly growing Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network. This role offers an opportunity to be involved in expanding their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide.
- Lead the BD phase of the Drug Substance facility at our Singapore site, focusing on ~12,000m2 of mAbs and Conjugation space, based in the UK/Europe.
- Support Basic Design activities for the lab, including design, services, and equipment scoping.
- Assist in the Basic Design of the facility, following a full modular construction approach, requiring a different approach from traditional methods.
- Possess experience with modular construction, understanding the delivery requirements at this scale.
- Provide design management and technical leadership, with support from our DM & PTM.
- Focus on execution, coordinating and driving project packages forward, rather than being a lab subject matter expert.
- Assist project or line managers in planning and delivering project scope within schedule and budget.
- Coordinate daily activities among project team members for timely completion.
- Act as a package or area lead within a project.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Follow up on actions and mitigation activities as per the risk management plan.
- Organize and conduct effective work sessions, such as PDR meetings.
- Support compliance with project management processes (CPDP) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and work standards to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resource planning, management, and control to meet customer requirements cost-effectively.
