Handle Recruitment is working alongside a leading television company to recruit an Accounts Assistant. The role will sit within a dynamic accounting function and report directly to the Management Accountant and Financial Controller. In addition to working on transactional accounting procedures, you will assist closely with various month-end duties.

The overall responsibility will be to assist in the smooth running of the Accounts Department, including but not limited to the following tasks:

• Assisting Production Accountants
• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Bank Reconciliations
• Company Expenses
• Credit Control duties
• General Bookkeeping

We are looking for someone who is competent, self-motivated, and trustworthy, with a bright and enthusiastic personality.

The successful candidate will have practical experience in an accounting function and office environment; experience in the Media/Entertainment industry is desirable but not essential. Computer literacy is required, and AAT/ACCA/CIMA study support is on offer!
