We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher & Phase Lead to join a vibrant primary school in Hackney. This full-time, permanent leadership role offers the opportunity to influence the KS1 curriculum and student outcomes while providing strong leadership within the team.

Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR
Location: Hackney, London
Start Date: April 2025

Your Role:

• Lead and support the KS1 team in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
• Monitor and assess student progress across KS1 to ensure excellent outcomes
• Drive the development and implementation of the KS1 curriculum
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance overall school performance

What We Need:

• QTS and significant experience in KS1
• Passion for leadership and curriculum development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
