We are working with a welcoming and nurturing Primary School in the CF3 area of Cardiff, seeking a dedicated NQT Reception Teacher to join their team full-time from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to complete their induction year in a supportive and calm school environment, where staff wellbeing and child-centred approaches are prioritised.

Supportive SLT and established Early Years team
Calm, structured environment with a focus on emotional wellbeing and learning through play
Full-time Reception class teacher role
Plan, deliver and assess engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the Foundation Phase
Foster strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning space
Collaborate with the Early Years team and participate in whole-school activities
Newly Qualified Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
A passion for Early Years education
A nurturing, patient and calm approach to teaching
Ability to build positive relationships and create a safe, engaging classroom
Strong communication and organisational skills
Support to complete your induction year
